  3.      You can get the Mac ARAs from the ZOOM BBS and Compuserve (CIS).
  4.

  7. Use  the software included with your modem (usually Microphone LT) to  call
  8.  
  9. the  BBS  or  Compuserve. The Name and Password on the  BBS  are  what  you
  10.  
  11. choose.  Look in the FILES area (GO ZOOM on Compuserve, FILES  Section  8).
  12.  
  13. Use  a protocol like Ymodem, Ymodem-Batch or Xmodem to download the  files.
  14.  
  15. You set both the BBS and your software to the same protocol. Follow the BBS
  16.  
  17. prompts,  when it says ready for you to start, then in your  software  pick
  18.  
  19. the file transfer window and download.
  20.  
  21.      We have been getting more calls about our ARA scripts not working with
  22.  
  23. version  2.0.    You  can  call TO 1.0, FROM 2.0 if you have  the  1.0  box
  24.  
  25. checked for compatibility in 2.0. You can NOT call TO 2.0, FROM 1.0.  Apple
  26.  
  27. says  they  decided to make ARA 2.0 work this way. You can UPGRADE  to  2.0
  28.  
  29. from some mail order dealers as cheaply as $170.
